Terms of service

Service. Brightfront Sites builds and hosts one-page websites for small businesses. The one-time $349 USD fee covers design, a .com domain registered for 12 months, hosting and SSL for 12 months, a contact form, and one round of edits.

Delivery. Your site goes live within 48 hours after payment and after we receive the details we need from you (phone number, form email, requested changes).

Your content. Business information shown on your site comes from your public business listing or from you. You confirm you have the right to use any content you send us. We will correct or remove anything on request.

Domain. The domain is registered for your business. We will transfer it to an account you control at any time on request.

After year one. Hosting and domain renewal continue only if you choose the optional care plan ($29 USD/month). If you don't, we'll give you the site files and transfer the domain.

No guarantees of results. We don't promise search rankings, calls, or revenue.
