Refund policy

7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your website for any reason within 7 days after it goes live on your domain, email hello@brightfrontsites.com and we will refund the full amount you paid. No forms, no questions.

How refunds are issued. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund. The website is taken offline. The domain registered for you remains registered until its expiry date; we can transfer it to you on request.

After 7 days. Payments are non-refundable after the 7-day window, but we will always fix anything that isn't working as described.
